Sharon is the Director of Bethany Lutheran Preschool and is the Head Teacher of our 4 year old classes. Sharon earned an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Becker Junior College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Hartford. She has many years of experience as an educator working with preschool age children.
Sharon grew up in Cromwell and now resides in East Hampton with her husband, and two daughters. When she is not in the classroom, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, watching sporting events, reading and relaxing at the beach.
Terri is the teacher for the three-year-old class. Since 2002, Terri has many varied roles at Bethany. She has volunteered, has served as a long-term sub in the 4-year old class, and most recently has been a floating assistant between both programs. Terri comes to Bethany with many varied experiences working with children. She also has many years of experience working with children and adults with disabilities. Terri hold Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Therapy and a Child Development Associate Certification with a concentration in Preschool.
She is married and has two daughters in the Cromwell school system. Terri plays clarinet with the Governor’s Foot Guard. She like swimming and enjoys baking.
Tara is the assistant for the three-year-old classes. She began substituting for BLPS in 2010, and became an assistant in 2011.
She has an Associate’s degree from Lansing Community College, Michigan, and is currently pursuing her degree in early education!
She is married and has three children. Her interests include travel, shopping, and attending her children’s activities, which include soccer and acting.
Peggy is the assistant for the four-year-old classes. She has been at Bethany Lutheran Preschool since 2002.
She graduated from Rocky Hill High School and lives in Cromwell.
